*By securing this reservation appointment, you acknowledge that your $250.00 deposit is applied under the following situations:

• If you attend the sale at your scheduled appointment time and a purchase is made, the $250.00 deposit will be applied to your down payment for the purchase of the property.
• If you attend the sale at your scheduled appointment time and no purchase/sale is made, the deposit will be credited to your credit card account. Please allow seven (7) business days for any returned deposit.
• If you do not attend the sale at your designated appointment time or cancel for any reason after the date of this agreement and before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Furthermore, should Seller find it necessary to cancel any appointment, the deposit will be refunded and Seller shall have no liability arising from such cancellation.
